My family just loves casseroles and I love making them because they’re an easy meal to make. A couple of our family favorites include my cheesy chicken casserole, or a delicious chicken and rice casserole, my extra cheesy au gratin potatoes, and my mother’s chicken a la King recipe. And I’m always on the lookout for more great recipes. I was recently making a yummy beef barbecue casserole when I dropped my dish and it shattered on the kitchen floor.
