People have purchased the P90X program after watching the commercials, before finally deciding to try it out. People who were generally used to working out at the gym three or more times a week, but were not really seeing significant results, whereas the p90x workout schedule and ads talk about confusing your muscles by routinely changing the exercises through out the course, this concept makes perfect sense.

All different types of regimes will work for a short period of time, but eventually your results will fade. So following a program that was not uniform seems like a good idea. People who have done the P90X program and followed the P90x nutrition guide, for as little as four weeks find the program to be enjoyable, and exciting. They generally feel more energized after completing the exercises.  The P90X is upbeat and fun. The trainer, Tony Horton, does a good job keeping you driven. The videos keep your heart rate up, while making the time fly by quickly. The videos are designed to allow you to take small breaks in between exercises, to get a drink of water etc.

A lot of people do not like stretching before, and after a workout even though it is very important. Tony guides you right through the stretching routine, and guides you right through this step without even realizing you have done them.
